    It's just Starbucks. The coffee is consistently just good. But consistency might just be what you, as a human, are looking for.
    I cannot imagine being so busy that, on a regular basis, I have 10-15 minutes to wait in line for coffee but don't have 5-10 minutes to brew a better cup at home. But there are occasions: ran out of coffee, or out and about and noticing one is uncaffeinated.
    My go to is venti Iced Americano or Caramel Machiato.
    That's because the 3-4 shots of espresso taste so much better than their coffee.
    I will say this though. The Nitro cold Brew is surprisingly good and maybe worth the price tag.
    On some occasions I try my own mixes and sometimes it turns out good or very bad lol.

    Every time I use the mobile ordering @ this location it's a complete joke.
       Only location I've ever consistently waited 5-10+ minutes over the wait time, worst is...
    The staff isn't ever helpful, nice or apologetic.
     Actually, I'm standing here waiting for my stuff & listening to them all complain with their smug faces.

    So I've been to this Starbucks on numerous occasions and let me just say that this is the worst one in Sacramento.

    The drive thru line gets backed up so far to the point where you're waiting for a minimum of 15 minutes for a drink. The place always looks dirty inside and the staff is not friendly.

    I used to work at Starbucks so I understand that the place gets extremely busy but waiting that long for a drink? Like cmon. My staff and I used to love that line when we would get slammed.

    The staff never seems happy to be there. Which I get. I mean who likes working? But dang at least fake a smile here and there instead of giving off bad vibes.

    It seems as though every time I do a mobile order I get stuck waiting for someone at the counter to acknowledge that I'm there. For instance, today I walked in and at least three employees saw me and didn't say anything. Jake was taking a drive thru order and was nice enough to turn around and help me.

    Butttt this is my breaking point here. He hands me my coffee and it feels extremely light. I already knew someone must've shorted me and put a lot of foam in my coffee. Which btw I get a flat white which is simply coffee and steamed milk. I get to my car and take the lid off...and yup! Barely any coffee in here. Like I took a sip and all I got was foam.

    I don't pay an overpriced $5.65 for a horrible "coffee" and bad customer service. I'll never come back to this Starbucks again. I'd rather drive an extra 10 mins for an actual coffee.

    Witnessed the most heartbreaking and atrocious thing today at this location. The employees at this location laughed and refused to serve a CUSTOMER because she was homeless. Regardless of how a CUSTOMER received their money, if they have money to purchase a drink then they are to be treated no different than the rest of us, but to tell this lady that she is not welcomed nor is her money is WRONG and not how successful businesses function; and then to have the audacity to tell other customers not to help her either! Wow! What has our country come to where we can't even get a cup of coffee without prejudice and prosecution? Hell, we all go through enough bullshit in our day to days that the last thing a person should have to worry about is getting a cup of coffee. Definitely lost my business after today. Management needs to worry more about financials and less about customer appearances.

    They spend their time chit chatting amongst themselves, playing with an off the clock co workers kid, eating behind the counter. Cater to drive thru customers over walk in customers. Disappointed with this location as its the closest to me
